What may I expect from a session?

The day of your appointment the therapist will have you fill out some paperwork and medical information, and discuss what you would like to address for the session. 

-The therapy session will last the duration of what was agreed upon. 

-At the end of the session, the therapist will go over findings from the session, and may suggest some further therapeutic strategies for you to continue on your own.

-Payment is due at the end of the session (we accept Cash and Credit Cards)

*If there is an emergency and you must cancel the same day as your scheduled appointment, you may be charged the full amount of the session.
